Your support in creating a
New life in Australia
how we work
Initial Consultation
Your first step to a new life, a 45 minute consultation to understand you, your context and your goals. We will answer any questions you have and provide an indicative assessment on potential visa pathways. This is followed up with written advice to guide you on your next steps.
Application Support
An in depth assessment verifies your suitability for your chosen visa. We identify the supporting material you will need, create the messaging to give you the best possible chance and manage the entire submission process. This spans through to the final decision, answering queries and providing the Department with everything they need, how and when they need it, to assess your application.
We also manage nomination and sponsorship applications for business, family and partner visas.
Post decision
Some visa types have post grant conditions that must be adhered to. We can provide an ongoing service to monitor compliance and minimise risk of an accidental breach. We can also help with subsequent visa applications - for family members for example - or in long term visa planning to move you from Temporary to Permanent status.
No visa outcome is ever guaranteed so if your application has been unsuccessful we can help with the Appeals process through the AAT and onwards to the Minister if needed.

A guarantee of expertise
When you work with us migration advice will only be given to you by Registered Australian Migration Agents (RMA’s).
All RMA’s must complete extensive preregistration training, complete ongoing professional development and hold suitable insurances.
Our Managing Agent, Andrew McDonagh (MARN 2418484) personally conducts all Initial Consultations and manages all applications, ensuring the highest standards are maintained.
Migration is usually one of the most expensive things a person or family will do. Using a reputable Migration Agent ensures that you are protecting that investment and maximising your chances of success.

We have lived your experience
Migrating to a new country - especially Australia, which is typically seen as a very long way away - is a unique and challenging experience.
Everyone’s experience of this will be different. It will depend on your finances, your family, your prior experience of Australia and your long term goals.
But there are common threads to the experience. Navigating the complexities of a new country, understanding the cultural norms, establishing a work and social network - things all Migrants do. And of course there is the worry and cost of the visa process, which is complex and highly variable.
Andrew McDonagh - our Managing Agent - migrated to Australia in 2016 with his family, initially on a temporary visa. A Sponsors application to convert this to permanent residency was turned down, leading to an AAT appeal. Later he successfully applied for - and was granted - a Distinguished Talent visa under the Global Talent Initiative and he is now a proud Australian citizen. As such he has walked the road many of you are starting on and is well positioned to answer questions, not just on visas, but on moving to and settling into the ‘Lucky Country’.
